Daily readings for recovery and spiritual growth
Day 103 of the Year
We humbly asked God to remove our shortfalls.
Transformation takes time. God is patient with you as He works, and you must be patient with yourself too. Today, celebrate small victories and trust that God is faithful to complete what He's started in you. Every day of growth matters.
2 Corinthians 3:18
And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord's glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.
Take a moment to reflect on this message today. How does it apply to your journey of recovery?
Gracious Father, in humility I ask You to remove my shortcomings. Through the blood of Jesus Christ, I am cleansed from all unrighteousness. Holy Spirit, complete the work You have begun in me. Take away my pride, my selfishness, and every sin that entangles me. Fill me instead with Your love, joy, and peace. In Jesus' name, Amen.
